CONTINUING REHEARSALS

Two Tuesday rehearsals will take place
on 7th July and 14th July
which will be the final rehearsal of the 2025-2026 playing season.  

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM will also take place on July 14th (Agenda to follow nearer the date.)

Tuesday, 21st July will be a Social with meal
at the Hemlockstone on Wollaton Vale
Let’s see how we like it!
Arrival time as previously – between 6:45 and 7:15 pm
Ideally, they want us to pre-book meals.
Lots of choice – more details soon! 

SEASON 2026 – 2027
Rehearsals will start again on Tuesday, 8th September.
Dates of half-term breaks and Christmas to New Year breaks have not yet been announced.

  IN CASE OF A FIRE ALARM

FIRE EXITS – GO OUT USING EITHER DOOR
TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE BUILDING
(where the lockable room is where we keep the music and instruments)
and FOLLOW THE GREEN EMERGENCY EXIT SIGNS to leave the building.
DO NOT USE ANY LIFTS.

  IN CASE OF SOME OTHER EMERGENCY
e.g. if First Aid is needed
