UPCOMING BREAK IN REHEARSALS
There will be no rehearsals on Tuesdays 31 March or 7 April
Rehearsals will re-start on Tuesday, 14 April

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR NEXT REHEARSAL

On Tuesday, 17 March our final rehearsal
before the concert on Saturday, 21 March
will start promptly at 7:15 pm
and will take place at:
St John the Baptist Church
Oakdale Road
Carlton
Nottingham NG4 1BP

TWO VERY SPECIAL REQUESTS
.1. If any of you can come to the church earlier, say from 6:45 pm,
your help would be very much appreciated
to help set out chairs for the rehearsal.

.2. Unfortunately, our usual help with transport
might not be available next Tuesday, 17 March.
Do any of you have a good-sized estate car or a van?
Perhaps two or more of you could help if your car boots
are large enough to carry a single timp?

The best time to collect from the Medicity building
would be at 6 pm on Tuesday, 17 March.

Please let June know if you can help to transport
the timps from the Medicity to the Church.

Safety information for rehearsals at The Medicity

  IN CASE OF A FIRE ALARM

FIRE EXITS – GO OUT USING EITHER DOOR
TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE BUILDING
(where the lockable room is where we keep the music and instruments)
and FOLLOW THE GREEN EMERGENCY EXIT SIGNS to leave the building.
DO NOT USE ANY LIFTS.

  IN CASE OF SOME OTHER EMERGENCY
e.g. if First Aid is needed

We have been using the Medicity building for a considerable time
and have not had any issues arise over security or safety,
but you may wish to put these numbers in your Contacts list
for peace of mind in case any difficulties ever arise in future:
